After spending a fortune on seeing chiropractors and it only ever masking my lower back pain, I decided to try something new. I’ve heard and read before how Pilates helps back pain but always been sceptical. I can honestly say even after only a few sessions my back pain is easing, I’m loving the classes, they are relaxing but also challenging and my body aches after. I also have a monthly massage at the same venue, very knowledgeable and targets my problem areas and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. Would recommend for all ages- I’m 31 years old.
