FREE Pilates Taster Classes

Throughout the month of January we will be offering FREE Pilates Taster Classes at New Healthy Body.

We know this is the time of the year where we all start to re-evaluate our life’s. What things we would like to achieve, what we need to improve, what hobbies we may want to try and much more.

One of the biggest goals we tend to want to achieve is, to improve our health and wellbeing.

This may come in many forms such as wanting to lose weight, get fitter, reduce aches and pains, improve diet, reduce stress levels and other ways we’d like to improve our quality of life.

But what tends to happen is that we start really well in the first few weeks. Super motivated, putting in the time and effort, doing what we need to do, which is great.


But then as time goes by, we may start to get bored and de-motivated due to not achieving our goals as quick as we’d like and we find it easy to slip back into our old ways unless we have some kind of accountability.

What are your health and wellbeing goals for 2023?

So my questions to you are, what are your health and wellbeing goals for 2023?

And how our you getting on with them?

Maybe you’ve not started yet, or you could be at the research stage.

Or you could have started but lost momentum.

Or even better you could be still on track and doing really well.

One of my goals is to get out in nature daily and go for a walk or a run. Great for both the body and the mind.

So, I decided to sign up to complete a 1000 miles walking challenge throughout the year!

I’m currently doing really well. I’ve managed to get out every day and I’ve walked or run 78 miles so far.

Something you know would really benefit you, but you tend to get in your own way and put off making the time to achieve it?

You find yourself making the same excuses like I have been doing eg I’m too busy, I haven’t got the time, I’m not motivated….

With this in mind, this is why I decided to offer Free Pilates Taster Classes in January. As these classes are great for people suffering with aches and pains.
