Upper Back Pain & Bad Headaches Gone Through Attending Pilates Classes!

I had always been active and healthy while working in a University library.

But when I retired, I started to get cramps across the the top of my back and shoulders.

They were very, very painful and holding my self tense had given me bad headaches too.

My left knee had also started to weaken and was giving way if I turned suddenly. (This seems to be a family trait)

 

My daughter had seen New Healthy Body on Facebook so she sent me the link.

After a bit of research, I decided to sign up for a free taster session and after nearly 4 years I haven’t looked back.

 

I no longer experience back pain or bad headaches anymore has and my knee is so much stronger.

The classes are great. Clare and all her team are very knowledgeable and consider your individual needs. 

And just as important the classes are good fun too. Everyone is so supportive and there is lots of laughter, alongside the great health benefits too.
