I’ve never done Pilates before, so was a little apprehensive. Clare put me at ease straight away and reassured me that the exercises are tailored to different levels of ability. Clare describes each exercise so well and talks you through, gently correcting posture to gain maximum effect from each one. I love how it’s improving my core strength and posture. Moving to online classes is just as effective, so thank you Clare and Andy for adapting to make this possible
