Having been sat at my desk throughout lockdown my hips, back and neck had become sore. This was starting to have a negative impact on my life.

I joined New Healthy Body as an Empower Member and started to attend Clare Wards Pilates classes both in her studio and online.

Since attending these classes the pain in my hips, back and neck has almost now gone. I’m sleeping better and my posture and core is so much stronger.

As a 50-year-old man I was a little apprehensive about doing Pilates. But it’s the best decision I made. I would highly Clare and her team to anyone who is struggling with any back or neck pain.
