After just one online session with Clare my back ache had completely gone! At work I am often sat for long periods of time which causes me a bad back. Clare guided me through exercises which helped to loosen me up and after only 10 mins in I was already feeling better. I’ve only had face to face Pilates before but I loved it being online. I’m a busy person and time is precious so it’s massively beneficial to be able do this from home whilst still keeping the support and structure there. Highly recommend!
