YOUR POSTURE AND CORE STRENGTH?

Our Pilates classes focus on helping you mobilise your joints, increasing your flexibility and improving your core strength, which will all result in you gaining a better posture with less aches and pains.

All our Pilates classes cater for mixed abilities so it does not matter if you are a complete beginner or if you are more experienced, as different options will be offered throughout the class. Options and adaptations are also given around injuries and medical conditions.

Our team of experienced instructors’ coach and advise you and will give you access to all the support you need to re-gain control over your body and life. You will be taught personalised exercises and receive one to one corrections and advice from our instructors.

The Pilates exercises we teach will compliment any treatment you may be receiving from physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors.

Pilates also compliments other forms of activities and exercise routines you may be taking part in.

Did you know that athletes, footballers, and tennis players use Pilates as part of their fitness routine?

Our calm and welcoming studio is based in Frecheville, S12. There is ample free parking on the forecourt and on the street, changing facilities and a therapy room.

We are not just a Pilates Studio, we have created a fun, friendly community where you can attend classes, make friends, and participate in our social activities too.

We also have a Facebook group where our members share tips and advice on how to improve your health and wellbeing.
