Whether you are a complete beginner to Pilates or you’ve attended Pilates classes in the past and want to get back into it.
 
Our Pilates Programme will help you ease your aches and pains and get you moving more freely and easily.​

We’ll be teaching you the basics of Pilates and going at a slow, controlled pace ensuring you achieve the correct form and techniques for all exercises.

How our 21 day Pilates Programme Works

For £21.00 (yes, just £1 per day) you will get access to:

  • 3 One Hour Pilates classes (one a week over a 21 day period)

You can attend these classes at our studio in Sheffield or Live Online via Zoom

  • Unlimited access to over 40 Pilates workouts and classes that you can access anytime, anywhere as often as you’d like
  • A library of Specific Pilates Exercise Videos that you can practice in your own time between classes.  

When you join you will need to create a Team Up account to be able to book onto our Live Pilates classes and access the Pilates On-Demand Workouts

There will be a health questionnaire to complete, so we can tailor any exercises we teach around your injuries and medical conditions.

Our instructors will always have adaptations or alternatives planned for exercises you may struggle with.

You will then be taken to a page to pay a One Off Payment of £21.00

Once payment is made you can then book onto any class on the timetable if spaces are available and access the On-Demand Workouts

Tuesdays 8.00-9.00am

Wednesdays 5.45-6.45pm

Studio Pilates Classes:

Mondays 9.30-10.30am

Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am & 5.45-6.45pm

Wednesdays 9.30-10.30am & 7.00-8.00pm

Thursdays Pilates 5.45-6.45pm & 7.10-8.10pm

Fridays 9.30-10.30am

Saturdays 9.00-10.00am

Our team of experienced instructors are passionate about helping you live a pain free and great quality of life, being able to move more freely and easily.
We use our own personal experiences such as recovering from a Prolapsed disc and Sciatica, Hip Surgery and other injuries and conditions to really empathise with our customers.
All classes cater for mixed abilities so it does not matter if you a complete beginner or if you are experienced, as different options will be given throughout.
In all our classes we will coach and advice you and will give you access to all the support you need to re-gain control over your body and life. You will get taught personalised exercises and receive one to one corrections and advice from our instructors.

The Pilates exercises we teach will compliment any treatment you may be having with physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors.

Pilates also compliments other forms of activities and exercise routines you may be taking part in.
