After attending our 21 day Pilates Programme his pain was easing and his range of movement in his shoulder was improving no end, so he had no hesitation in continuing to practice Pilates. Within 6 weeks his pain had completely gone!

How our 21 day Pilates Programme Works
For £21.00 (yes, just £1 per day) you will get access to:
- 3 One Hour Pilates classes (one a week over a 21 day period)
You can attend these classes at our studio in Sheffield or Live Online via Zoom
- Unlimited access to over 40 Pilates workouts and classes that you can access anytime, anywhere as often as you’d like
- A library of Specific Pilates Exercise Videos that you can practice in your own time between classes. Your instructor will specifically signpost you to the ones most beneficial for you.
When you join you will need to create a Team Up account to be able to book onto our Live Pilates classes and access the Pilates On-Demand Workouts
There will be a health questionnaire to complete, so we can tailor any exercises we teach around your injuries and medical conditions.
Our instructors will always have adaptations or alternatives planned for exercises you may struggle with.
You will then be taken to a page to pay a One Off Payment of £21.00
Once payment is made you can then book onto any class on the timetable if spaces are available and access the On-Demand Workouts

Thursdays Pilates With Props 9.15-10.15am & Pilates 6.00-7.00pm
