I joined up to do online classes as my physio suggested it would help me with my back and neck pain and make me stronger. I saw the 21 day challenge on Facebook and decided to sign up and it has been great. I have done at least 3 sessions a week and as well as feeling stronger I feel calmer and have more energy. Clare is a great teacher and never pushes you to do hard moves, just asks you to listen to your body. This really helps. Thank you
