This is why we developed our 21 day programme so we could introduce you to Pilates and start to feel the benefits within a few weeks!

Ease your aches and pains through gentle exercises and stretches

For ONLY £21.00 (yes, just £1.00 a day) you will get access to:
3 x 60min Pilates Classes (one a week over a 21 day period)
You can attend classes at our studio in Sheffield or Live Online via Zoom. Morning and evening classes are available 5 days a week
A Collection of On-Demand Pilates Workouts that you can access anytime, anywhere as often as you like
When you join you will need to create a Team Up account to be able to book onto our Pilates classes and access the Pilates On-Demand Workouts
There will then be a health questionnaire to complete, so we can tailor any exercises we teach around your injuries and medical conditions
You will then be taken to a page to pay a One Off Payment of £21.00
Once payment is made you can then book onto any class on the timetable if spaces are available. You access to the On-Demand Workouts will start from the date you attend your first class.
