I have been practicing Tai Chi for over 20 years. I started Tai Chi as I wanted to join a class that would help my physical conditions. I practiced for over 10years with the same instructor who trained me to a high level instructor. I competed and won the British Open Bronze Medallist and European Gold & Silver Medallist.
Once qualified I started my own school with the intention of helping others who have limited movement due to illnesses as well as people that were able-bodied.
Tai Chi has great health benefits for everyone. It helps reduce stress and blood pressure, improves balance and co-ordination, increases mobility and flexibility which reduces the risk of falls. It also improves the quality of sleep and reduces depression and anxiety.
